Doug was a great team builder and gave us incentive while rallying the troops at Cold Stone for every initiative, new product and goal we needed to meet. We did it together. Our monthly employee meetings made us feel as much of a part of the company as the directors. Doug is a wonderful CEO and will make a great State Treasurer.
