My first encounter with Doug Ducey was him digging in to find out, based on the available data, what he personally needed to be working on to improve his own performance. In all my years operating at the C-Level, Doug Ducey was a first CEO to ask where do I start to raise my game. I have known Doug for years now and he is still asking the same question.
