Key to Learning is Listening

I had the privilege of working for Doug Ducey for 5 years. I have so many wonderful things to say about Doug, his family and his leadership. One thing that really sticks out is when I would come back from a road trip, Doug would come into my office, shut the door and ask me how we were doing and how can we do it better. He is great listener and problem solver; I always appreciated that in him.
