As a former McDonald's executive, I wondered if I would be able to find a business culture that would compare. I not only found one that matched; I found one that exceeded it with Cold Stone Creamery. Doug Ducey built a legacy during his tenure as CEO of Cold Stone. Doug's vision and leadership were second to none, and I had worked with some great leaders at McDonald's.
